Celebrating carers at the Carers Day Out

On Tuesday 18 October, ADNSW attended the Carers Day Out in Redfern. It was great to see so many carers in attendance, connecting with one another and enjoying a range of entertainment, workshops and wellbeing activities.

Assistant Community Engagement Officer Claire Williams got the opportunity to speak to many people who provide care and support to a family member or friend, and answered their questions about carers discrimination which is against the law at work.
