Anti-Discrimination NSW is committed to handling service complaints fairly, efficiently and effectively.
Examples of service complaints include delays in processing, conflict of interest or bias, or rudeness. A service complaint is not a disagreement about a decision made under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 in relation to discrimination complaints, including how Anti-Discrimination NSW assessed the evidence. Learn more by reading our Service complaints policy.
Service complaints can be made in writing:
If we haven't been able to resolve your complaint, and you believe we have done something wrong, you may be able to take your complaint to the NSW Ombudsman. To see when and how you may be able to make a complaint to the NSW Ombudsman visit: https://www.ombo.nsw.gov.au/Making-a-complaint/how-to-make-a-complaint.
