We have Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff who can assist you if you have experienced discrimination. Our staff provide culturally appropriate services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across NSW.
You can ask to speak to an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander staff member about your discrimination enquiry, or to be present at your conciliation conference.
Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff also engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations to raise awareness about anti-discrimination laws and about our services among the community.

We can help you address your discrimination problem. You may be able to deal with it locally, write a letter, organise information sessions or lodge a complaint. Our team can give you information so that you can decide what you want to do.
To speak with an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander staff member, please let us know when you contact us.
