Organisational structure

Anti-Discrimination NSW is based in Parramatta, Sydney.

Our part-time President is the senior member of the Board who provides the strategic direction of ADNSW. Day-to-day management is provided by our Executive Manager.

The organisation has 4 teams:

 

  1. Enquiries and Conciliation

    Manages discrimination complaints and the enquiry service.

  2. Communications and Engagement 

    Develops and delivers community engagement and communication strategies.

  3. Governance and Advice

    Manages exemptions, undertakes research and provides advice to President, Board and government.

  4. Strategic Operations

    Provides corporate business services including finance, human resources and IT support.
