Do you have a disability?

Please let us know if you need any adjustment to our services to make it easier for you to access them.

Complaints can be written in any language, including braille, and translation is organised at no cost to the complainant. Auslan users are able to provide a video describing their complaint and we will organise translation and transcription.

If writing your complaint is difficult, you can contact us to discuss other ways to submit your complaint.

If you’re d/Deaf or find it hard to hear or speak to hearing people on the phone, please contact us through the National Relay Service (NRS)

For other services for people with disability, please contact AccessHub.
