ADNSW was proud to again take part in Yabun on 26 January – an annual festival honouring the survival of the world’s oldest living culture.
Yabun means 'music to a beat' and featured an impressive musical line-up as well as artists and panellists.
It was held on the traditional lands of the Gadigal people in Victoria Park, Sydney and was attended by thousands of people.
ADNSW staff enjoyed chatting with festival-goers and answering questions about discrimination and the complaints process.
Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Outreach team is available if you need to have a yarn about a discrimination issue or would like to organise an information session for your organisation or community group. Contact Narelle, Assistant Community Engagement Officer, on 02 9268 5544 or 1800 670 812.
