ADNSW acknowledges the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and Harmony Day

Published 29 March 2023

on 22 March, ADNSW acknowledged the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and Harmony Day with a morning tea and shared the Australian Human Rights Commission Racism. It Stops With Me resources.

After the morning tea, we all joined together to livestream an online Harmony Day event hosted by our colleagues at the Department of Communities and Justice. We heard from a panel of insightful speakers, including TV presenter and journalist Jan Fran, who shared their lived experiences and discussed how we can empower and celebrate our multicultural communities.
