ADNSW submission on the review of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977

Published 24 October 2023

ADNSW has provided a written preliminary submission to the NSW Law Reform Commission’s review of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) (the Act).

ADNSW was able to identify priority areas for reform based on our day-to-day experience administering the Act, collaboration with anti-discrimination and human rights agencies in other Australian jurisdictions and feedback from governmental and community stakeholders.

The NSW Law Reform Commission will continue to consult with ADNSW staff on their review.
