Published 18 November 2022

The ADNSW Annual Report has just been released.

In 2021-22, we answered 2,862 enquiries and responded to 1,626 complaints.

Disability and race discrimination were the most frequent grounds of complaint, followed by sex discrimination. More than 37% of all complaints were COVID-19-related.

The Annual Report also details achievements and changes that took place in 2021-22: we completed implementation of our digital strategy, welcomed a new President and Executive Manager, and moved to new premises.
