Inclusive recruitment research paper published

Published 20 December 2023

ADNSW is working with the Department of Communities and Justice and independent social research agency The Insight Centre on an inclusive recruitment research project. We want to identify barriers and enablers of recruitment into the NSW public service for people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

The initial phase of the project has produced a literature review titled Inclusive Recruitment for Culturally and Racially Marginalised Groups: A review of barriers and enablers.

Find out more about the project and what it will deliver in 2024 on our Inclusive recruitment research project web page.
