ADNSW launches new online forms

Clients can now make an enquiry or lodge a complaint using newly available webforms.
 
The new online enquiry form and complaint form can be accessed via the ADNSW website.
 
These new forms are accessible and mobile responsive; they can be used by people who use screen readers and by those who access the internet using a mobile phone or tablet.
 
For people who prefer hardcopies, the complaint form is still available in Word and also in 22 community languages.
