Hussain* had a massage but felt uncomfortable when he was touched inappropriately. He complained to the manager of the massage clinic and asked for refund for the massage, but his request was refused

Hussain lodged a complaint of sexual harassment with ADNSW.

The massage clinic denied that Hussain had been sexually harassed.

The complaint was resolved when the massage clinic agreed to refund Hussain the cost of the massage
