Transgender woman vilified by neighbour

Giselle* is a transgender woman.
She felt vilified by her neighbour when her neighbour made public comments about her gender.
Giselle lodged a complaint with ADNSW of transgender vilification by her neighbour and also transgender discrimination by her accommodation provider.
The accommodation provider agreed to prioritise Giselle’s transfer to another accommodation managed by the provider. This resolved the matter.
