Organisational structure

Anti-Discrimination NSW is based in Parramatta, Sydney.

Our part-time President is the senior member of the Board which provides the strategic direction of ADNSW. Day-to-day management is provided by our Executive Manager.

The organisation has three teams:

Enquiries and Conciliation 

Manages discrimination complaints and the enquiry service, as well as outreach services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.  

Community Engagement 

Develops and delivers community engagement strategies, external communications  and community information sessions. 

Governance and Advice 

Grants exemptions to the Act, conducts targeted research projects, reviews legislation and advises government about discrimination matters.
