Organisational structure

Anti-Discrimination NSW is based in Parramatta, Sydney.

Our part-time President is the senior member of the Board who provides the strategic direction of ADNSW. Day-to-day management is provided by our Executive Manager.

The organisation has 4 teams:

Enquiries and Conciliation 

Manages discrimination complaints and the enquiry service.

Communications and Engagement 

Develops and delivers community engagement and communication strategies including our website and social media. It also provides outreach services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Governance and Advice 

Manages exemption applications, undertakes research and provides advice to the President, Board and government about discrimination issues and policy. 

Strategic Operations

Provides corporate business services including financial, health and safety, human resources and IT support.
