ADNSW Board

The Anti-Discrimination Board of NSW is an independent statutory body. The board has a president and three current board members.   

President 

Helen McKenzie, a respected employment lawyer and business leader, was appointed part-time President of the Anti-Discrimination Board in February 2022.

Ms McKenzie brings a wealth of experience to the role, having been a partner of major law firm Ashurst (and Australian predecessors) from 1991 to 2016. While working for Ashurst Ms McKenzie held a range of leadership positions, including as board member, practice head and Deputy Managing Partner of the Australian firm.

Board members 

The current board members are: 

  • Melissa Monteiro, CEO of the Community Migrant Resource Centre 
  • Trevor Robertson, Managing Director of Capital Knowledge 
  • Joanna Davidson, Barrister at Sixth Floor Selborne Wentworth Chambers
