Segregated at dental clinic for having HIV

Ronny* has HIV and received segregated treatment at a dental clinic.

Ronny lodged a complaint with ADNSW.

At conciliation, the dental clinic agreed to review their policy by setting up a working party to look at dental treatment of people with HIV.

This was accepted by Ronny and the matter was resolved.
